1. User Eligibility & Account Rules

• You must be 18 years of age or older to place orders on this website. Users under 18 may only shop with parental or legal guardian consent.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date contact, billing and Australian delivery information during checkout and account registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials, password and order information. Kailyn is not liable for unauthorized orders caused by user credential leakage.
• Multiple fake accounts, fraudulent account registration, bulk reseller account abuse are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Purchase Disclaimer

• We strive to ensure accurate size charts, fabric descriptions, colour display and product photos. Minor colour difference caused by mobile/desktop screen lightening is not classified as product fault under Australian Consumer Law.
• All apparel sizes follow standard AU women clothing size guidelines. Size fit issues are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.
• Stock quantity is limited. Kailyn reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders due to out-of-stock, inventory error or supply shortage, with full refund issued to original payment method.
• Final sale clearance items are clearly marked on product pages, subject to the non-refundable rules stated in our Return Policy.

3. Pricing, Tax & Payment Terms (Australia Orders)

• All prices displayed on wwwkailyn.shop are denominated in Australian Dollar (AUD), inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by local tax regulations.
• Shipping fees, remote area delivery surcharges for Australian regional addresses are calculated separately at checkout.
• We accept third-party secure payment methods including credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by certified Australian payment providers.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all order amounts, including product cost, delivery fees and applicable surcharges.
• Price adjustments, flash sale discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed paid orders.

4. Order Cancellation & Delivery Terms

4.1 Customer Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled for free before warehouse processing and shipment.
• Once dispatched to Australian logistics carriers, order cancellation is not available, customers need to lodge a return application per our return policy.

4.2 Delivery Liability

• Estimated Australia-wide delivery time is for reference only, delayed delivery caused by weather, courier peak season, customs transit or remote postal service is beyond our control.
• Customers must provide valid and complete Australian delivery addresses. Lost parcels due to wrong user-submitted addresses are customer’s liability.
• Risk of product damage or loss transfers to customers once the courier completes parcel delivery confirmation.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Binding Rules

• Change-of-mind returns follow the 30-day return window, customer-paid return shipping rules.
• Faulty, damaged, misdescribed apparel qualifies for free return, refund or replacement per ACL mandatory guarantees.
• Intimate hygiene apparel, final sale items follow non-returnable clauses stated in the return policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website content including brand logo, product photos, copywriting, graphic design, size pattern, website code, marketing artwork belongs exclusively to Kailyn. All rights reserved.
• Users are prohibited from copying, editing, reselling, distributing, commercial cropping our website images and brand content without written approval from Kailyn official team.
• Customers may not use our brand trademark for illegal resale, counterfeit apparel production or misleading commercial promotion.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

• Hack, attack, disrupt website server, inject malicious code to damage website operation
• Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment cards to complete checkout transactions
• Post insulting, discriminatory, illegal, violent comments on product review sections
• Abuse customer support, submit fake damage/return claims to obtain unauthorized refunds
• Violate Australian local internet safety, consumer trade and postal service laws

8. Website Availability & Liability Limitation

• We maintain regular website maintenance, and temporary site downtime will not be deemed a breach of service terms.
• Kailyn shall not be liable for indirect loss, expected profit loss, travel loss or emotional damage arising from delayed delivery, style out of stock or minor product colour deviation.
• Nothing in this clause limits your mandatory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law for major product failure.

9. Marketing Communication Consent

• By ticking subscription boxes at checkout or homepage, you consent to receive new arrival apparel, discount and promotional emails from Kailyn targeting Australian customers.
• You may unsubscribe marketing emails at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link inside each promotional email, no extra fee required.
