Kailyn provides nationwide shipping services to all valid residential and commercial addresses across Australia, including mainland states, Tasmania, and eligible regional remote zones. We currently do not support international shipping outside Australia on this store site.

6. Delivery Address Rules & Customer Responsibilities

Customers must submit accurate, full, detailed street address, suburb and valid Australian postcode during checkout

Kailyn is not responsible for lost, returned, undelivered parcels caused by wrong address, missing apartment unit number, invalid contact phone number provided by customers

Couriers will leave safe drop parcel at customer doorstep, mailroom or designated safe place if no one signs for delivery

7. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

Parcels returned to Kailyn warehouse for customer-side reasons (wrong address, refused pickup, expired pickup period): Customer bears both outbound and return shipping cost

If you need reshipment after parcel return, new shipping fee will be charged before re-delivery

Abandoned unclaimed parcels over 30 days will be disposed per warehouse regulation
8. Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcel Claims
We provide parcel claim support complying with Australian courier claim rules:

Outer package damaged upon arrival: Customer must take unboxing photos within 24 hours of delivery and contact support

9. Order Modification After Shipment
